Five Tips To Be More Fearless

1. Write it down! I will _________!

When you can visually see your goals, you are most likely to achieve it. It’s never too late and yes you can change it as you go. In 2019, I will bring my business to life and do more things for me, like travel more.

2. Learn something new! 

Sign up for something you have been dying to learn. Learn a new language (some libraries offer Rosetta Stone or similar programs for free), take up dancing, or get a group of friends and do the canvas painting with wine and/or travel somewhere you always wanted to go. Be inspired by your surroundings.

3. Stop apologizing and start living. #sorrynotsorry 

No more explaining your actions, feelings and thought process! No one’s opinion should matter but yours. Those who supported you since day one will always have your back. Anytime someone tries to “hate” on me, I tell myself, “Girl, they don’t pay your bills or help you in any way, why do I care what they think?!” Learn from your mistakes, laugh and dust yourself off and try again. It’s okay to toast to yourself. Cheers to you!

4. Give back with gratitude. 

Volunteer or give back to an organization that you strongly believe in. Before I say “yes” to anything, I always assess it to see if it’s something I believe in or am willing to put my name on. It’s okay to own your “No.” Your time is precious and if it doesn’t fit with you, then it’s not for you. Simple as that. Giving back is one of the greatest rewards. If you can help others, why wouldn’t you?

5. “Do you” 

What I mean is, stop comparing yourself with everyone else. Your story is unique because it’s your own. Why would you want anyone else’s story? No one is perfect and love who you are. Take care of yourself and invest in yourself. Believe in yourself and start living for you.
